里奧哈特級陳釀 Rioja RESERVA

剛在 2014 WSET Level 3 Exam long questions 中有以下一條問題, 係有二十分, 即係話起碼有  20 個重點要答:

"The best known Spanish wine is Rioja, please explain & name in details the three main growing regions, difference in soil, altitudes from sea level, climatic variation, difference in character of wine."

可知里奧哈嘅江湖地位, 無論在學術上或實際飲用市場係有幾咁重要.

珈帝庄園特級陳釀 Ugarte Winery, Aspaldi, Reserva 2008, Rioja.

Technical Data / Tasting Notes
Vineyard Year of Planting: 1965 Aging: 12 months in barrel, 24 months in bortle.
Minimum 36 months or 3 years aging before release to market.
Grape: Tempranillo 95%, Graciano 5%
Official Tasting Note:
Appearance: Hue of red fruit.  Nose: Broad range of aromas with a very expressive fruit.  Palate: well balanced with mature and powerful tannin.

庄園在1965年開始種植葡萄, 在橡木桶浸存12個月(換桶 4 次)後, 然後入瓶再存放24個月, 最少合共陳放36個月或3年才推出市塲.
葡萄品種 : 95% Tempranillo 5% Graciano.
官方試酒報告:
紅果酒色, 廣泛的香氣並帶有非常富有表現力的水果味道, 平衡與成熟和強大的單寧口感.


群體實際飲用後報告
1. 醒酒需約 20 minutes,
2. 果香誘人,
3. 酒体柔滑,
4. 單寧/果酸平衡有緻,
5. 開瓶 20 mins 後不斷變化及昇華,
6. 四/五小時飲用仍然保持上佳酒體,
7. 配各式紅肉及芝士為最佳配搭.

結論
